Fingerhut Complaint - None or poor customer service - damaged air compressor--the wrong one

damaged air compressor--the wrong one - Complaint

My husband and I ordered a 5hp air compressor and upon receiving it found it to be damaged.
We called the manufacturer and no response and then discovered it was a 3.5 HP compressor not the 5hp that we had actually ordered. To top it all off we haven't been successfull at reaching customer service at fingerhut.com or by the customer service phone # 800-208-2500. please help if you know something I can do. thank you

How long has it been? Keep calling them until you get a hold of someone. 'Tis a busy time of year for their bizness.
