20/20 (ABC News) Complaint - Why so Dry?

I have watched 20/20 many years. With exception the the last 5 years I have only tuned in for certain stories. The show has gotten dry, boring.
You need a litlle Pizaaz. Elizabeth Vargas seems like well a cold fish. The show always seem so monotone. Anyway thanks for letting me speak.
I wish Barbara were still on. Fun or at least more enthusiastic hosts will make a difference Chris will be a great addition.

You can complain about anything you want here. Just be prepared for the answers and have a thick skin.

I guess we're stretching the limits of "consumer revolution" then. I mean you can make a case, that you pay for cable, but ABC is technically not cable. It's not a product you're consuming per say, but I guess a show could be a product in some way.

I have done a couple reviews on TV shows and they were well received.
I haven't watched 20/20 in a while. Like 60 minutes they are not as hard-hitting as they once were.
A lot more "ET" type features and "puff pieces".
