Lenovo Complaint - Worst tracking system and customer service

I ordered a laptop and ended up cancelling the order. First, the order processing was delayed due to their misunderstainding aboout shipping address. Then I changed shipping address as they wanted. Usually it takes an hour to wait to talk to customer service on the phone and sometimes they just disconnect calls saying "call me again in 30 minutes." The shipping date kept pushed back and I called literally everyday for this. No one followed up on my request or what they promised to do and I hear different things everytime I call. Finally I got so mad and cancel the order. All they say is "I can make a request, but cannnot guranntee anything." Of course they do not respond to any email inquiry. If they cannot answer all the phone call they get, they should at least respond to email inquiry on time.
Their laptop may be okay, but their system is terrible. Customer service is even worse!
