LINGO Complaint - Why there is no class action law suit against Lingo, at least file complaint to FCC
ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA -- Lingo lied to me when I signed up for World max service that it is unlimited. When I receive high volume disconnection threat I replied back that there is no high volume usage plus I have so called unlimited service anyway!!! When they cannot prove that it is high volume they sum up two months usage to fit their agenda and suspend my service without any prior notice. After 10 email and 15 calls they keep trying to push me to a service where I need to pay per minute usage. Lingo is unethical and dishonest. They suppose to give me one month free when I signed up they did not give me that either. I think someone should file a class action law suit against Lingo and everyone should file a complaint to FCC (http://esupport. fcc.gov/complaints.htm) like me about the mistreating customer and put them in danger by discontinuing service.
