Dish Network Complaint - Dished Off
I am very disappoited with Dish Tv's customer support. I have had cable, Dish, Direct TV and AT&T Broadband. The Dish service by far has been the worst. On December 7th, 2009, we had Dish TV insatlled at our house. At the time of instillation, it appeard the Technician was having problems getting the remote controls to work properly. After he left, I attempted to use my master TV. The TV remote would not work. We contacted Dish and they sent us out a new remote the following Friday which seems to work 80% of the time. To this day, we have intermittent audio on several channels. In the following week two other TV remotes worked intermittingly at best. My son's remote would work at all. My wife has contacted Dish nearly everyday since we had the service trying to resolve our many issues with the Dish service. She was told by one technician they have been having numerous problems with their remotes. They also informed her LCD TVs can interfere with their equipment. Rather than sending out a technician for our week old service, they wasted several hours trying to resolve the issue over the phone on multiple occasions. We asked the Dish representative how long we had to cancel our service due to the numerous technical issues we had. They infomred us we could not without paying additional fees. I hope it is not a long two years.
