US Airways Complaint - Meet Dennis the most pissed off agent in the airline industry
You have to meet Dennis, he must have won the I hate my job award from US Air for several years in a row. We checked in and met him yesterday. We were the only ones using the self service checkin with luggage. So after we checked in and were waiting for Dennis to tag the bag, my wife motioned to him. What an error! Dennis says he will get to it when he can. (I am sure he was busy working on his strategy to secure the award from US Air for one more year.) Then after he tagged the bag, my wife made her second mistake, "is it possible to get 2 exit row seats?"It was like watching Oliver ask for more food in Oliver Twist."No way, too busy, ask the agent at the gate", he retorted.
If US Air is soliciting input on who should get their coveted I hate my Job award, I think Dennis should get it hands down.
Next time you fly out of Atlanta, ask for him and let him practice.
