Efaucets.com Complaint - Poor customer service
My wife attempted to order a sink on the company web site, and received a message that the order had failed, She called the toll free line explained the web site order failure. My wife further explained she wanted to order one sink, one sink only, she was assured the problem was resolved and we would get one sink. We received two sinks with two order numbers. We posted our problem to the email part of the web site as they were closed. No reply, I called the customer line and after a long wait received a live operator who said I have no record of you ever contacting us, you are outside the limit of 60 days, we can do nothing, nothing at all for you.
So the web site falied to properly record the sale, the shipping system failed by sending an order reported to us as not accepted. We received no response from the email to cutomer service, another fail, and customer service failed to acknowledge their prior failures. Not a company we will ever deal with again,.
