Sears Complaint - Don't Order Jewelry Online from Sears
I placed an order On Nov 27.. Today is Dec 14 and still no product, I ordered (2) pairs of earrings. Its not a huge order, something very small to put into a box and ship out. I just chatted with a Rep and she told me they don't have tracking numbers, so who knows when I will get my package. How do they know if and when my package comes, that is just horrible. There earrings are someone in someones mailbox or ears already. She said to wait another week. Typical answer. She said the items ships from the vendor, third party accounts. Not Good Sears. It shouldn't have taken this long to get my merchandise. SHe said it can take up to 30 days, that was not posted on the website or a disclaimer mentioned before I checked out.
