SAN FRANCISCO CA 94105 -- I placed an order 12/02/2009 I bought 2 items. It's been 9 business days and I haven't received not even one item. I've been calling the customer service number (1-877-714-7444)and apparently they don't care. I bought this for my dads birthaysand. How frustated is when you pay for something and you expect at least to get good service. They checked with their warehouse and they have 354 items...They even gave a false tracking number. I just can't understand what are they playing like this with their customer. It's been 13 days. I spoke with two supervisor they promised me to call me and I'm still waiting..I have been calling every single day... This is not right. This is Unexceptable!
I cannot express my disappointment. Sharper Image does not seem to understand what the meaning of a gift is.
I will NEVER trust them again.
