Bank of America Complaint - Unsatisfactory Customer Service
JOHNSON CITY, TENNESSEE -- All local branch offices are forwarded to a Myrill Lynch investment firm. When calling direct numbers on business cards the phone will go un-answered and then forwarded to the mass call center. I will be closing all 8 of my accounts with this bank effective as of today when I am done with this review. To me personally I would never give the customer the run around being that the customer is what keeps you with a pay check! Do not forget that!!! I know my accounts will not cause no hardship for the bank to loose but it should be a for warning to all other customers or customers thinking about banking with boa. They are nice when they get you signed up and in. But if you have problems with them. Be ready to never get them resolved. You will be lucky to talk to a local branch officer with out driving and waiting in long lines. Good luck!
Very unhappy dissatisfied customer. I only wish their was a better way to get the word out about their customer support.
