Roxio / Sonic Product and Support Complaint - Poor software and support from Roxio / Sonic Support
After installing Roxio Creator 9.0 DE on a toshiba laptop I get a window to enable drive to write and after verifying the drive is, the software never accepts the hardware setup. Also the windows Vista Patch that is recommended to install splits my drive into two separate Icons. The only way to get the single icon back was to use system restore.
I have tries three times to get help from Roxio/ Sonic support and all I have heard was they don't support legacy software to we will check into it, and no response.
If there software doesn't work for Vista, then how can it work for 7.
