Smart Smoker Complaint - Smart Smoker Has No Customer Service

DALEVILLE, VIRGINIA -- Received "free trial" of Smart Smoker e-smokes a month after it was promised. I was promised a 10-day free trial and told to contact customer service at 866-700-8565 to cancel if I wanted. After calling that number for 6 days while it went to a hold "next representative will be with you", the number finally gave a bogus e-mail ask@smartsmokerhealth.com. When I sent e-mail there, it bounced back "unknown." I have an address and will send a letter to 44 Kingston Dr., Ste 301, Daleville, VA 24083. But I doubt that is valid as well.

I want to cancel any more shipments/billings, but I can't reach customer service to do so.

LOL proconsumer. I was thinking the same thing. I heard something on TV about those electronic cigarettes that you just snmoke and get the nicotine but not the harmful chemicals, but I thought it wasn't sellable in the USA yet due to FDA not approving it???? IDK. If they try to bill you, just don't pay. If they bill your CC, call them up and tell them its a fraudulent charge. You take your chances when you send money to companies such as this.
