FORT WORTH, TEXAS -- A defective telephone base unit was replaced by Uniden at a price of $10 shipping. I could not get the existing cordlesss units to reset. I went to the Uniden website and found a complicated 10 step procedure that was unclear. I called the Uniden toll-free number for customer support. They say that they are there until 5 PM CST. I called at 3:40 PM CST. All I received was multiple recorded messages that someone would be with me momentarily. Finally, at 5:05 CST the call disconnected. This is unacceptable.

My experience is that if you hang up, Alley, you will wait just as long or more the next time you call.

=) i used it for over 13 years, so i'm still use to it.

right now my computer clock reads 19:51 =)

At the airline we went by military time. I find myself using it sometimes. Sometimes I slip back into other airline jargon.
