Mercantila Complaint - Mercantila fails there own policy of contact within 24 hrs with a Complaint
SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA -- After purchasing a bunkbed set the set finally arrived, but the wrong size mattresses were delivered. Call the online retailer four times and filled out their email form four times and never heard back from this company ... not once did they call or email to discuss this problem.
At 30 days past the original day of notification Mercantila shipped the proper mattresses. Of course, I purchased a set on my own since the Company never would contact me to let me know how this was going to be handled.
This is experience was frustrating and expensive as I have never received no information from a vendor before dealing with Mercantila.
Warning to others, their customer service after the sale is a major hurdle. The bunk bed set was nice, but I would never ever purchase another item from a Company who does not have a method of communication with customers concerning problems.
