Tulle4us Complaint - Terrible Experience

COMPTON, CALIFORNIA -- I purchased two clothing items during their "one day sale". It wasn't until about 3 days after they shipped the package did I find out one of the items was out of stock. Of course, it was the more expensive item that was out of stock, making the shipping fee cost more than my second item. Not only was I annoyed by the fact I was not notified about the out of stock item, but my emails regarding the issue were ignored.
When I finally received the package, I promptly packaged it for a return. A couple weeks later, I received an email saying that they have DENIED my return because I did not send it back within their time frame, even though I did. They now expect me to pay the shipping fee to return it back to me. I refuse to do such a thing because this problem is their fault. Now they have my money AND the item I 'purchased'.
Tulle obviously does not think having good customer service is important for business.
