Hotels.com Complaint - Deceptive Practices - Hotel Reservation
I never intended to pay for a room through hotels.com; only to reserve... When I was read the terms and conditions for the room, I realized something was wrong and requested that they make no reservation in my name... THEY HAD ALREADY CHARGED ME FOR THE ROOM!!!! Suprise, the charges are non-refundable and once I demanded to speak with the hotel supervisor, I was given an incorrect phone #. Suprise... So I ask for a management representative from hotels.com... again runaround and no remedy. I am going to stop payment on my credit card.
Don't use these folks... They are trash and don't offer a better rate or any certain convenience.
