ECOST.com Complaint - Don't buy from eCOST.com
Ordered this product 12/2/09. Recieved a confirmation on the same date, but when we tracked our package it was shown that it was transferred to US Postal service on 12/7. There is where the service stopped. I called customer service at eCOST.com and was told the same, there was nothing she could do to find out when the delivery date was. I called back and got another customer service representative same day, she said that the reason it was transferred to US Postal service was because the product was so small and lightweight. She also stated that there was no way to find out when the package would come. Stated that the US Postal Service has 14-21 days to deliver the item. Never was that stated during the ordering process or in the confirmation email. So today, 12/18 I sit not knowing if or when the package will arrive. Probably not before Christmas! Think that eCOST.com should let you know that this product may take several weeks to get to you with standard shipping, giving you the option to expedite the shipping! Could have driven to pick it up myself in that time! Never again!!!
