Target Complaint - Bad Customer Service
I ordered 3 products online from Target on 11/29. Two of the three items arrived on time. The third product was shipped separately. I tracked the package and it shows on UPS website out for delivery on 12/4. Well 2 weeks later it still hasn't arrived. I called Target the other day and talked to a nice lady. She called UPS and found out that it was a basic service. Which means UPS delivers it to the post office and then the post office brings it to me. She said if I hadn't received it in a few days they would send me out a new one. When I called back yesterday to get a new one sent, they told me the item I purchased was on back order. They would not have any in before Christmas but they could issue me a refund. So I called into the post office who said they would check with their carrier. The post office called me today and told me that Target has to give me their USPS tracking number for the package for the USPS to be able to track it. I called back today and asked for the tracking number. The lady flat out told me they didn't have one. All she could do was issue me a refund that would take 7-10 business days. She didn't even try to see what she could do to help. I told her my husband works at UPS and we KNOW how the basic service works and that she SHOULD have a tracking number! She just offered me a sorry, here's your money back. I told her I'm not shopping at Target anymore!!!
