Netspend Complaint - Bad service
I got a gift card from a family member out of state, When I called to activate the card they asked for all my information. I told them that it was a gift card and I would not give that information to them. then all hell brock lose I was told to get the date the card was gotin and the dollar amount and then call back, They would then set it up as agift card. I did just this. I was informed that a refund check could be sent to me in 20 business days and I said no I wanted to speak to a manager. I was on hold for 28 minutes. at this time I went on the web and then found all this information on the poor service this compenty has. Let me say I used it and got my card activated and now I hope this helps others out before they buy one.
