Keenzo.com Complaint - The worst experience Avoid this website!

I ordered a Yankees Watch and Clock for a Xmas present. I received an email a few hours later (9) stating the watch was out of stock, and they can ship the clock in about 5 days! I am not sure why that information was not on the website, I was buying for Xmas present so did not have the 5 days to wait!
I informed them via email to cancel my CC payment, but they held my payment for another 4 days, leaving me short in funds to find another watch at another seller! I contacted them daily and no response, I finally got my CC to help me recover the funds, but had to cancel my card! I tried calling their 800 number but got the run around, and another time I called I was on hold over 1 hour!
Not a great way of doing business!! How would you not know you did not have an item in stock, bad inventory practices! From other reviews seems to be the case, I know the items are cheap but more frustration than the savings! I will be sure to go to Brand Name sites in the future.

The days of using RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) for inventory is not yet affordable to every company, so they need to do it the old-fashioned way.
