Getageinvisable Complaint - Unclear Return Policy

The "ten day risk free" trial began the day that the product was shipped. I didn't receive the product within the ten day risk free trial and when the product was received, was refused a Return Material Authorization. Perhaps the product should be shipped so that they can actually track when the customer received the product. This is an unfair practice -- there is NO free trial.

wow now THAT'S a scam....lol they waited the ten days before you got it. how hilarious......I never trust those risk free trial things, theres always a catch.

It's not always a scam - not the return policy that is

I think most places have a return policy that starts the day it's shipped simply because

1) it's easier to prove when it ships out (and a customer might lie about when he/she received it). plus it costs extra to send it signature required

2) if the return policy was "x amount of days from when you receive it" someone might try to stretch that into "well I didn't open it for a month, so ... you need to take it back anyway and give me a refund"

3) The return policy for most sites is usually readable before you actually purchase

the scam is that they asked you for a credit card number for a free sample
all of those companies WILL charge you
