Carl's Jr West Tropicana Complaint - Burnt Buns - Burgers

Review by OICU812 on 2009-12-20
LAS VEGAS -- I eat at the Carl's Jr near the corner of Tropicana and Decatur often because it's near my job, or I should say I used toeat there. It's inside a gas station so not a great restaurant but handy. Every time I have gone there in the past 6 months I get burnt buns, every time no matter what I order, if it's a sandwich on a bun you can bet it will be burnt! I have tried to speak to the manager several times but they either don't understand the request, are just messing with me or they say the manager is not there. I can take the sandwich apart and get them to give me a new bun but every time I ask, they act like they don't understand and have never been asked for that before. Come on folks get the stupid bun toaster fixed, it aint rocket science. Especially in this economy, a simple thing like that may make or brake a business. Bye Carl's!

Your complaint is valid even if we're not "in this economy". Everyone seems to state that service should be better only because we are in "this day and age."

Regardless of the state the economy is in, the shouldn't be serving burnt food to customers. I'm willing to bet you're not the only one complaining about the buns and I bet the manager is sick of hearing complaints. That could be why he/she is nowhere to be found when you requested to see one. I'd call their corporate offices and let them know your complaints. Maybe they can get the toaster fixed.

I've gotten burnt buns before but not from a fast food joint ;D

I don't think sitting on a heater counts ;-)
