Very poor. Purchased 2 items on 3 Dec that were to be Xmas presents. One item arrived 10 Dec. Received an e-mail on 19th Dec to say the other item had been cancelled. Had to call to find out it had been out of stock from the supplier, even though it was STILL advertised as being in stock at the time. Reeeeediculous. Catch a wake-up guys.

It is advertised because they still sell it. When they get more, you can reorder. You probably have an email in your box explaining the back order.

I just think that even with the line-ups, crowded stores and possibly inflated prices that walking into a retailer, physically picking up an item and paying for it is still less complicated than ordering online. But I have antiquaited views on certain things, just ask the typewriter sitting on my desk.
