Very poor. Purchased 2 items on 3 Dec that were to be Xmas presents. One item arrived 10 Dec. Received an e-mail on 19th Dec to say the other item had been cancelled. Had to call to find out it had been out of stock from the supplier, even though it was STILL advertised as being in stock at the time. Reeeeediculous. Catch a wake-up guys.
