I have been dealing pretty good with Country Wide and made all my payments online..never late. BOA took the mortgage and all fell down. They did not send me statements for 2 months and still I was paying online as set earlier. However there was an increase of about $50 for no clear reason to me so they did not posted any of the money I sent for 2 payments!! my bank confirmed the payments were made..

I been trying for 2 weeks to clear that with BOA for these payments and every person I talked or chat online is helpless...time to get out of BOA there service is awful..
