ACER Computers Complaint - Slow Boat to China
Well.... my ACER laptop died after 3 months. I live in Hawaii and was told that I would have to send it to the Texas service center for evaluation and repair. I thought by shipping it 2 UPS 2 day ($86.00)it would expedite the return time line. ARE YOU KIDDING ME... they shipped it back FedEx GROUND to Hawaii that includes a 3,000 mile boat ride. It has now been 11 days in transit and they, just changed the estimated delivery time another 6 days. There were no shipping options offered and impossible to contact or have any communication.
I am in disbelief.... sorry ACER, but this customer is GONEZO!
