GREENWICH, CONNECTICUT -- I ordered three items on December 14th and paid an outrageous $45 for second day air shipping. I have yet to see my items. Their phone number is always answered by a machine. Repeated and emails have gone unanswered. Customer service is non-existent. Not only can I no longer get the limited edition item I wanted, but this unresponsive company has my credit card number.

Did they send you a confirmation with a tracking number? I guess if you don't get it within the next week or so, file a dispute with your card company. There are tons of complaints about this outfit on this site.
