Badcock Furniture Complaint - Badcock Sells Bad Equipment with no warranty
GREENSBORO NC, NORTH CAROLINA -- I purchased a 57in Flat Screen TV on 11/04/08 great customer service because it was a sell. When I purchased the TV I made sure that I purchased a extended warranty. Approx one month after purchasing the TV it broke. I called the store that I purchased the TV from and they told me that I needed to contact Samsung and provided me with the number. I called Samsung and they sent a Teck out and he ended up having to rebuild the whole TV. (I'm really upset because badcock has sold me a lemon per teck)(per badcock nothing I can do but continue to call Samsung every time it breaks due to warranty)Well then it breaks again in 04/08/09 call badcock and they send me to Samsung another teck comes out and takes the TV for another week and brings it back once again stating that it is the lamp. Once again badcock doesn't care they have sold me a lemon, of cource in Oct the TV breaks again and another teck comes out gets the TV and he states that something in the TV continues to blow the TV. Well of course now the TV is broken again and its past the year and I have to go threw the extended warranty now. I'm really upset because threw it all I thought I was working with Badcock Furniture the Corp and I have been dealing with a Francise. Difference in a Francise is they don't follow the same rules as Corp. I really feel this is so unfair to the consumers because this is were people are mislead for a dollar. I can go on the web site and research a company all day but it will not tell me that this company is francise until you have a complaint about the service. Her I am with a 57in black screen TV and a bill and no one cares at the company because they have made there money off the TV. You call customer service and all they want to say is I working on it to see what we are going to do. But I have been dealing with this for a year and you are getting made with me what's wrong with this picture I'm the customer what happen to listening and understanding is all companies getting like domino's pizza hold please.
