Fleet Credit Card Services Complaint - Change in Promised Rate

SCHUYLKILL HAVEN, PENNSYLVANIA -- I did 2 balance transfers to your credit card one in May of 1998 and one in November of 1999. At the time of the transfer I was given a fixed rate of 7.9% till paid in full. Now I had the one in from 1998 upped to 25.06% and am told the one from 1999 will be upped in September this was not the terms I agreeded to.


To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:

I want you to honor the terms I was promised.

At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.

Hi; Fleet seems to be engaging in this practice. We, too, had the same thing. They don't give the promised rate and play games all around. Good luck to you. We are considering filing a lawsuit against them.
