The Cozy Pineapple Complaint - Items Did Not Ship and Customer Service Does Not Respond

I ordered wine glasses from this company and was told they would arrive in 8-10 days. They never arrived and no one in customer service ever responded to my repeated emails or telephone calls. I would not recommend buying from The Cozy Pineapple.

This is not the first complaint about this company. I would file a charge back with my credit card.
