Crocs.com Complaint - Horrible customer service continued
Well page 2 of this saga, 3rd order placed, paid for twice, wait 2 months for credit. I had hoped too much to have the correct product sent in the manner I again requested, and was directed to do by the crocs.com supervisor.
Received 3rd confirmation email on 12/22 at 12:02 pm. Placed order for overnight delivery expecting it 12/23 since they sent wrong sizes the last time, and canceled my first order 11 days after it was placed. Fedx.com shows the order just went out 12/23 at 10:18 am. Now it won't be here according to fedx until 12/24. (right) Man, I guess I'm an idiot for continuing to try to give them my business. $184.45 dollars and 22 days later, I still don't have what I wanted. Who'd have thought some plastic shoes would be 200$..
