Well page 2 of this saga, 3rd order placed, paid for twice, wait 2 months for credit. I had hoped too much to have the correct product sent in the manner I again requested, and was directed to do by the crocs.com supervisor.
Received 3rd confirmation email on 12/22 at 12:02 pm. Placed order for overnight delivery expecting it 12/23 since they sent wrong sizes the last time, and canceled my first order 11 days after it was placed. Fedx.com shows the order just went out 12/23 at 10:18 am. Now it won't be here according to fedx until 12/24. (right) Man, I guess I'm an idiot for continuing to try to give them my business. $184.45 dollars and 22 days later, I still don't have what I wanted. Who'd have thought some plastic shoes would be 200$..
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

Well...you know that when they say overnight delivery, that means overnight from when they ship it, not when you order it. At least they might be here in time for Christmas. And your crack about the plastic shoes cracked me up. I hope you receive them in all their plastic-y goodness tomorrow.

LL Bean is the *only* store in the world I will go into voluntarily. I love that store, and I love their service.
