Sears Complaint - Horrible online experience
Absolutely, positively the worst online buying experience ever. Sears on the whole has improved their merchandise and pricing in recent years and as such, I have been more open to buying from them. In store service is not bad - but online - that's a different beast. From getting orders cancelled, to shipping addresses and dates botched, one nightmare after another.
I am without appliances for last 10 days after relying on these chaps to delivery of new one - originally ordered Dec. 13 - order cancelled for security reasons even though I was not contacted; reordered Dec. 16 and promised delivery on Dec. 20; did not show up; then delayed until Jan. 15th. Called customer "service" - said items not available even though website showing in stock and ready to ship. Cancelled order and replaced another one - now told delivery Dec. 27 - delivery showed up at my billing address instead of shipping address. Asked driver to drop off at another address - he told me he would check with supervisor and let me know - next thing I know, he takes off without telling me.
