DPD Pools Complaint - Do not do business with this company!!!

NIAGRA FALLS, NEW YORK -- I purchased a winter pool ($150.00)cover July of 2009 and never received it after months of using their on line customer service with no response I went back to my charge card statement and got a phone number from that, still not much help, (never did get to talk to a real person) I did get a email in Oct saying that they would refund my money, its now the end of Dec and still not refund. I am now going to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to see if that will help.
I wish I had found this sight before I made my purchase.

Is it too late for you to dispute the charge with your bank? Maybe they can reverse it.
