I received a Uniden Dect 1580 Series phone for Christmas. I had a question concerning the operation of the phone. I contacted their tolls free number and I was told the delay was about fifteen minutes. An hour and forty five minutes later I am still waiting. I also tried to use there free on line service but to get that you have to sign up for a 7 day free home trial using a credit card and if you don't want it you have to cancel at the end of seven day. Some support! I have already decided to return the phone because of lack of support. I definitely to not recommend this company for service and I will never but another product from them. PS It is now fifteen minutes later and I am still on hold.

I have Uniden phones, and really like them. Then again, I actually took the time to read the user manual.

And also a place to find your model and read the owner's manual online as well.
There are many resources to find the answers you have about your phone since calling customer support isn't working out.
