The Children's Place Complaint - The worst customer service and problem solving EVER!
I am currently on hold YET AGAIN with The Childrens Place. This is at least my sixth phone call to them. I ordered a Christmas gift for my granddaughter on 11/18/09 and the same day, they charged my debit card. That was 5 weeks ago. I had ordered other products from other vendors (all at Amazon.com)and they all arrived quickly. However, this place uses both UPS and the Post Office and once UPS got it to the PO, the trouble started. TCP left off my PO address and used only my physical address, although I gave them both as I always do. Currently, when tracking this package, it has been sitting in the same place since 12/2/09. But TCP won't credit my account (it is now 12/28/09) until I receive the merchandise and send it back. So, they have my money, I have no merchandise, and here we sit. I am stil on hold by the way....
