Comcast-Phone Service Complaint - Comcast ("comcrap" is now what my hubby and son call it) phone service is TERRIBLE!!!

I don't hardly think so.. I'm so over their phone service, they are fired.. it has never been right in 3 years.. we have had NUMEROUS! repair men to our house but no one can seem to "find" the issue, made NUMEROUS phone calls and now they tell me that it will "be up to the repair man if there is a charge or not"... whatever!! I don't hardly think so!! so another Comcast "repair" man (contractor) can come to my house, charge me whatever he wants, i pay and I still don't have service.. yep..i have dumb all over my forehead.. I'm not usually this outraged but I'm sick of paying for a service that they obviously cannot provide.. 3 years is long enough for them to get their act together and they still can't handle it.. be prepared, with AT&T u-verse and Dish Network packages, they are up for competition.. I hope they get a run for their money and "fine customer service"... they will be eating their words!

PS:their internet service is ok.. not the best in the world but I can live with it.. hubby is not real pleased about not getting the extra channels we pay for at times but overall, I guess he's ok with the cable part of the service too.. I'm just aggravated beyond belief..

i have had 100% success with my comcast.

Funny, my hubby calls them CrapCast. We do not have our phone or internet through them, just our cable service, which has been ok. Have had issues at times, and they did give us 6 months of HBO for free, for being inconvienced.
