Comcast. Complaint - Trying to access my account on the net has become impossible
I pay my bills on the net and have done so with Cable for 2 years. Last month they said I "forgot" my password. No it wasn't me, they changed the information without notice and I just spent 1 hr. with a "chat" specialist and never did get on the net with his instructions to pay my bill. The company customer service stinks. Also they keep reducing my cable service(now no program listings, I need to pay more to have that service that I've had for over 25 years). A regulatory agency needs to step in and stop this giant from all the shenigans they are pulling. Personally I plan to drop them and get Dish network.
