UPS Complaint - Add Me to the UPS REALLY SUCKS contingent
Ordered stuff from a reliable company on the 21st of Dec, with a promise of "get here by Xmas." They shipped it 3 day Select. It went out timely. Was rescheduled and rescheduled and rescheduled by UPS. Not only did it NOT arrive in 3 days (by Xmas), but it's the 28th, and it's not here yet. Upon calling UPS, they stated there is NO "Guaranteed Delivery" around the Holidays....well, then why in hell did they take the shippers money for 3 day Select, or even offer it? Truth in Advertising dictates that UPS should say," Around the Holidays, you may or may not get your package within a week or so of when you ship it, if you're lucky." I HATE UPS, and hope to GOD that Fed Ex puts them OUT of BUSINESS. They have the worst customer service, even worse than Microsoft!!!
