Smartsmoker Complaint - Poor customer service for e-cig

I bought the smartsmoker about 9 weeks ago and I just ordered the deluxe package and bought 10 extra cartridges and the cigarette case. However when I recevied my shipment the kit did not come with an adapter (usb or car charger, which was to be included; also, I did not receive my cigarette case nor the extra cartridges. I called the customer service approximately 3 weeks later (thinking that the extra merchantise will come in a different shipment) and told them about the missing items in my order and the representative told me it will be shipped to me right away. I waited 2 weeks and the items still have not arrived and called the customer service again to find out what the heck is going on and I get a recorded message saying customer service is temporarily out of service and to refer to the given website. I left a brief response and still no correspondence. It has been 7 weeks without any resolution in this matter and oh guess what the phone service is still unavailability. Ok one more thing they cannot send all of the stuff on my original order, but I received an email on a late Friday saying that they are going to send me more cartridges, and that if you do not call the customer service to stop the order they were going to charge me the 59.95. Who does that?Sends an email on a Friday knowing that they are closed on the weekend!
WTF. Sorry, I really needed to vent.
