Elmhurst Toyota of Illinois Complaint - Disatisified with post sales service

ELMHURST, ILLINOIS -- My recent experience in dealing with the Customer Relations Manager at Elmhurst Toyota to resolve a problem I was experiencing with my recently purchased 2005 Corolla was disturbing. I cannot recommend this dealership as I have found the Toyota brand to represent excellence. The cars are generally outstanding. However, this individual at this dealership did not convey the same commitment one would expect from a quality manufacturer (or representing dealer). It is ashame he feels protected by this "family owned" business enough to feel he can be so brazen to offend at will. I hope the owners of the dealership do not agree with this poor philosophy of customer disatisfaction. I continue to contact them for resolution and await to hear their hopefully positive resolution.

Your post was a little lax on the information, if you provide more info I'm sure folks like Dealerdirect and others can give you some advice!
