Vasko Dodge Complaint - Wont honor warranty

MCMURRAY, PENNSYLVANIA -- My sister owns a Dodge that she purchased at another Dodge dealer closer to her work earlier this year. The car has started stalling and in a pinch took it to Vasko to have them look at it. The owner refused to even look at it even though there is a bumper to bumper warranty because he said "he wouldn't be making any money off of it" and told her to leave or he was calling the police. He was rude, obnoxious and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Dealers don't pay for warranty work, Dodge pays the dealer to do the work. Sure, they get less for warranty work than they do from a non-warranty customer, but they still make money. If this dealer has that attitude I'm sure Dodge would like to hear about it. I manage a fleet of rental cars, none of my cars are bought locally, and my local dealers are more than happy to take my warranty work.

This makes two posts on the same thing, and neither of them was by the owner of the car. I worked for a Ford dealership once and we always did warranty repairs, no matter who sold the car. Ford paid the dealership to do the warranted work, which I believe is what Chrysler Corporation is supposed to do. Meanwhile, we really don't need additional posts based on hearsay to take our time.

he threatened to call the police because a single swear word was said. This guy pushed my sister to the limit with his arrogant behavior and rude attidude. I was there and he absolutely refused to work on her car because it was purchased elsewhere. Those are his words not mine. He is arrogant pos . God Bless him... cause I don't

A single swear word? I heard about 76 from the staff yesterday while I was sitting there waiting.
