US Celluar Complaint - Rebate Denied - Rebate on phone

I mailed my rebate one day late. I told them have been having serious health issues with family and myself being ill.
Have been US celluar customer for years.
I will be leaving this company as soon as I get rid of my contract
That is called customer service.

Sorry for your health issues. There was a deadline, apparently, for them to receive your rebate documentation. You mailed it one day late, meaning to me, you mailed it one day after the deadline which means they received it several days late. Why is this bad customer service? Because the rules apply to everyone but you? Do a search here for your new company. I'm sure you'll find some reviews on them as well. They're all the same.
