Walgreens Complaint - Constant calls from Walgreens!!
We have been getting CONSTANT CALLS from Walgreens. When we answer the phone there is only beeping. We are now 3 weeks into the nonstop calls and they begin at 8 in the morning and go through 11 at night some days. The calls began with only one local Walgreens. We talked to their managers on several occasions to resolve the issue. (By the way...we NEVER do any kind of business at Walgreens, not pharmancy, not photos...nothing)Nothing changed and they pretty much grew tired of us calling and refuse to help anymore. The next week the number switch to another local Walgreens. We tried to work with their managers and they too don't know what is going on and gave up. We then contacted corporate who put us on their no call list and promised we would never receive a call from any Walgreens again. Yeah right, the next morning I began getting calls again. We now tried seeing if it was a phone issue with our provider. They looked into everything an assured us it was not. They gave us the options of changing our number or adding call block. So we added call block to our phone which now cost us an extra 6.00 a month. However, this isn't working because the Walgreens keep changing. I'm desperate for a solution!!! No one at Walgreens will look into the problem and no one is taking accountability for it. We are left being harassed and paying out of our pockets for their mistake.
