ProFlowers FLORIST EXPRESS Complaint - Never Delivered Flowers

My best friend was supposed to receive Get Well flowers on Monday, ordered Sunday for Next Day Delivery. I received a call Monday afternoon around 2 letting me know they were sorry but they were unable to delivery the flowers but guaranteed they would be delivered Tuesday, and I would be refunded the extra $9.99 same day delivery fee. I then got a call Tuesday afternoon around 3 letting me know they still were unable to be delivered, and the florist shops in the area couldn't make the exact product but could create a "get well" themed bouquet. I said that was find and they again guaranteed delivery for Wednesday. I got a call at 9:00...NINE O'CLOCK!! Wednesday NIGHT apologizing that the flowers were not delivered, and because of the New Year, they would not be able to be delivered until Monday...MONDAY...ONE WEEK AFTER THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY DATE! I canceled my order and am awaiting a refund. I understand that sometimes deliveries can't be made, but letting me know SO LATE in the day on all THREE days is ridiculous!!

I can understand your frustration, but to me this would have been chalked up to a Murphy's Law situation and appreciated their excellent communication.
