Sears Informative - Update for Sears Canada
Just to update on my experience at Sears Canada. Thanks to my 3 cents.com for giving consumers contact e-mails I was able to contact Sears and they will be taking care of the situation.
However I am very disturbed by some of the consumers out there who actually ended up judging me for the way I handled the situation.
Perhaps they are complacent. I have been in sales 17 years. The word No to me without some logic behind it is not acceptable to me. I guess thats why I do very well in Sales. Customer service is something I pride myself on... one reader of my review actually judged me for showing a bad example to my children for standing up for myself. How sad...how odd.
Perhaps she did not understand the situation. Perhaps she did not read that the day before one of my other children were treated fairly at Sears and received a gift card. Getting the receipt was not an option. Perhaps she does not have an elderly parent at home who loses their receips and stresses easily.
I am very disturbed and upset that people are so quick to judge. Another reader e-mailed me with advice about accepting the NO within 2 minutes or leave. Where do all these passive victims come from in this world. It's as thought they have become complacent and appathetic to bad service.
Good Luck to All of these readers-what a challenge life must be for all of them.
