Millenium Gymnastics Complaint - Shady billing practices

ODESSA, FLORIDA -- The complaint is unethical billing practices. In Sept 2009 we took our 5 year old to Millenium Gymnstics in Odessa, FL. We paid for annual enrollment and first and last months charges, but were unhappy with instruction. We called and disenrolled our daughter without receiving a refund after only 2 classes. At that time we were told no further action was required. In December 2009 we received an "overdue" bill for October, November and December 2009 classes with four overdue charges stating we did not notify them of the disenrollment. No monthly statements were mailed prior to the "overdue" statement aforementioned.
