Geek Squad and Best Buy Complaint - Don't use geeks quad!

WEST HARTFORD, CONNECTICUT -- They came for an at home service visit and created more of a problem with our home theater than there was before I called them. I have now spent over 5 hours on the phone with more than 12 representatives from Geek Squad and Best Buy, with absolutely no results. They are completely unwilling to respond to our issues in a timely manner and have done nothing to try to remedy the situation. I am beyond frustrated with this company and hope that you do not ever have the need to work with them.
