Treeclassics.com Complaint - Treeclassics - Artificcial christmas tree

We purchased an atrifcial tree form Tree classics.com in early 2009 for use during Christmas 2009. When the tree arrived the stand was defective, and obviously poorly designed in that it was too small to safely support the size tree we purchased. When I called customer service to return the tree I was informed that not only would I have to pay return shipping on an 80 pound tree, but there was a substatial re-stocking fee. In short I could return the tree, have nothing and be out $150.00, or keep the poorly desinged and fault product. After much arguing the sent me a new stand. This stand worked but was still too small to safley support the tree. Finally we put the tree up this Christmas and 1/2 of the LED lights in came with did not work. We purchased and added more LEDs to make up for this. After Christmas we atempted to disassemble the tree and the sections of main trunk came apart and jammed into the branches to the point where in became impossible to take apart the tree with out doing damage. In short, it was the worst product I ever bought and will never deal with Tree Classics again and reommend then to NO ONE
