Best Buy Complaint - Complaint
PO BOX 9312 MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA -- I ordered my appliances online on thanksgiving night of black Friday. My appliances includes fridge, washer, dryer and TV and when I placed my items it showed me everything was in stock and my appliances would be delivered on December 3rd few days later I received email saying I need to call to reschedule delivery so I called and rescheduled delivery for December 7th but no luck I received another email saying that they didn't had delivery date available I called again they told me same thing so I called almost every week and they kept telling me they do have items in stock but they don't have delivery date available and after month they told me that items are on backorder and offered me to cancel my order. I called again and they said they don't have any way to schedule delivery date and the delivery team will call me within 48-72 hours but no call even store manager didn't call me back after I told them I want to talk to manager they say manager is not available but he will call me within 48 hours never received call from anyone or email.
They said they didn't had any items in stock when they are selling at store same items at that time. After three days when all the sales were gone they didn't had delivery date available I could had bought those itmes at another store. I would suggest everyone to never order from Best Buy they have the worst customer service anyone could ever imagine don't ever order from Bestbuy or you will be screw up like us.
