Air Jamica Complaint - Air Jamica overbooked
Returning on 01/02/10 to Chciago. Plane was grossly overbooked and were told no seats available even thought we were reserved and paid. We were told we could not get out for two days and that even at that we were booked on connecting flights and would not arrive at Chicago O'hare until mid-night. We were told that they would put us in a Windham hotel for two days. They then told us the hotel was full and were put up in a dump that is filthy and whose restaurants have inedible fare. We fly back and forth to Jamica twice a year but I will never fly air jamica again.
