Sunoco Complaint - Sunoco Gift Card - unusable gift card

On Nov. 29, 2009 my husband received a $25.00 gift card from Sunoco. Today, 1/3/2010 he went to a Sunoco station to use & found out that it wasn't any good. Can you help us? Do we need to go to a different Sunoco station? Should I call the number on the back of the card that says for lost, damaged, or stolen cards? Your help is needed as soon as possible. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!

Also, the person that gave you this gift card as a gift should have been given a receipt showing the card was activated. Its best to see if the friend still has this receipt showing its an active card. That can help...

I have been trying since January to actually talk to someone in Customer Service because I had the same thing happen with a $100 gift card but they won't call me back. I have even sent an email. I have lost my patience and it will be a cold day in hell when I go back to Sunoco. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT EVER! TELL YOUR FRIENDS !!
